Firstly, diamond color is graded on a scale of 23 levels, with ALUXE offering a quality color range from D to J. Clarity refers to observing inclusions within the diamond under 10x magnification, with the highest grade being internally flawless (IF). Cut refers to the diamond's surface cutting. A diamond's brilliance is not solely due to the highest color or clarity but primarily because of the excellent cut, concentrating and reflecting more light. Carat measures the weight of the diamond, with each carat divided into 100 points. For example, 0.5 carats are equivalent to 50 points, also known as half a carat. Kiki emphasizes that the relationship between diamond carat and price is not a linear calculation. Even if two diamonds have the same carat weight, the difference in cut, color, and clarity can result in significant variations in value. When choosing the carat size, many customers incorporate numerical codes, such as birthdays, nicknames, or numbers with symbolic meanings like 34 (lasting forever) or 52 (I love you), as sweet and exclusive memorabilia for the couple. Kiki says, with sincere bonding, customers willingly share their joy. She received company support to participate in GIA jewelry appraisal education and training courses, further obtaining an international-level diamond appraisal qualification. "No matter what position you're in, you must continue learning. Monotonous tasks can lead to fatigue over time. What's important is that you have to proactively ask questions and seek guidance from supervisors or senior staff. Having an optimistic mindset leads to progress, breaking through bottlenecks and solving problems."
